Who we are

This website is operated by Karmah Trading & Services (KTS), a company established in 2004 and registered in the State of Qatar, with offices at Barwa Commercial Avenue, Sayer (5), Building 283, First Floor, Office SY01C102 & SY01C103, Street 965, Zone 56, Doha, Qatar. What information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• •Enquiry details. When you use the contact or quotation form, your name, email address, telephone number and the description of your project are placed into an email drafted in your own mail application. The form does not post your details to this website or to any third-party service — the message only reaches us when you press send in your mail client.
• •Correspondence. Emails, WhatsApp messages and telephone enquiries you send us, retained so we can quote, deliver and support your project.
• •Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server information — IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp — for security and reliability.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, identity document scans or any special-category personal data through this website.

How we use it

Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver and install products, provide after-sales support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations in Qatar. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We store a single item in your browser’s local storage, kts-cookie-consent, which records whether you dismissed the consent notice so it is not shown again. It contains no identifier and is never sent to a server. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

The office location map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy. The frame is sandboxed and cannot read anything from this site.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with our hosting and email providers acting on our instructions, with professional advisers where required, and with authorities where the law of the State of Qatar obliges us to. Where a provider is located outside Qatar, your information may be processed abroad under that provider’s contractual data-protection commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to a delivered project are kept for the period required by Qatari commercial and tax law, and for the duration of any product warranty.

Your rights

Under Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 concerning Personal Data Privacy Protection you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to erase it where we have no continuing lawful reason to keep it, and to stop using it for direct marketing. Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a restrictive Content Security Policy and clickjacking protection. Internally, access to enquiry records is limited to the KTS staff who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send confidential commercial or personal documents by unencrypted email.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
