Information on this site is indicative
Product descriptions, technical specifications, performance figures and project descriptions are published in good faith as general guidance. They are not a warranty and do not form part of any contract. Acoustic, structural and fire performance always depends on the specific product build, the mounting method and the conditions of the space. Figures for your project are confirmed only in a written KTS specification or quotation.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Enquiries submitted through the contact or quotation forms are requests for information. A binding agreement arises only when KTS issues a written quotation and you accept it in writing, and it is then governed by the terms of that quotation and any signed supply or installation contract.
Certifications and standards
References to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and to product standards such as ASTM E84 or EN 124, describe certifications and test standards held by KTS or applicable to the products described. Current certificates and test reports are available on request.
Intellectual property
All text, photography, product imagery, layout, graphics and the KTS name and logo on this site are owned by Karmah Trading & Services or used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our products and services. You may not reproduce, republish, resell or adapt any part of this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Project photography
Photographs on this site show work delivered by KTS. Client and project names are published where we have the client's agreement to identify the project. Photographs may not be copied or reused without written permission from KTS and, where applicable, the project owner.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or any product described on it, without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law, KTS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contract or data, arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction.
