Our seating range includes tip-up seats, fixed bucket seats, telescopic/retractable grandstand systems, and bleacher benches — all engineered for durability, comfort, and compliance with FIFA, FIBA, and local regulations.
Qatar's investment in sports infrastructure has created strong demand for high-quality stadium seating that withstands the local climate while providing spectator comfort. Outdoor seats must endure UV radiation that fades and embrittles lesser products, temperatures exceeding 55°C, and occasional rain and sand storms. KTS seats are manufactured from UV-stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with anti-UV additives rated for 10+ years of Gulf climate exposure. The HDPE shell is fade-resistant, impact-resistant, and carries a minimum UL 94 V-2 fire rating.
Our tip-up (fold-up) stadium seats feature a gravity-return mechanism that folds the seat upright when unoccupied, maximizing circulation space between rows. Tip-up seats are available with or without armrests, with cup holders, and with numbered/logo branding. Seat widths range from 440 mm (compact) to 500 mm (comfort). Mounting options include floor-fixed pedestal, riser-mounted rail, and beam-mounted for retractable systems.
For budget-conscious projects such as school sports days and community facilities, KTS supplies fixed bucket seats that bolt directly to concrete risers. These one-piece HDPE seats are virtually maintenance-free and available in a range of team colours.
Telescopic (retractable) seating systems allow venues to create temporary spectator seating that retracts into a compact storage position when not needed — ideal for school halls, community centres, and hotels in Qatar that serve multiple functions. Our retractable systems provide up to 500 seats in a system that occupies just 2 metres of wall depth when stored.
KTS provides full design, supply, and installation services. Our team coordinates with architects and structural engineers to ensure correct riser geometry, sightline compliance (C-value calculation), and structural load distribution. We supply all ancillary items including row letters/numbers, aisle steps with anti-slip nosings, handrails, and wheelchair-accessible positions per Qatar accessibility codes.
